Tour Builder

Create multiple shows at once, grouped together as a tour — set up an entire run of dates in a single step.

The Tour Builder lets you create multiple shows at once, grouped together as a tour. Instead of adding each show one by one, you can set up an entire run of dates in a single step.

Who can use it?

Tour Builder is a Pro plan feature. If you're on the free plan, you'll see a locked "Build Tour" button on the Shows page — upgrade to Pro to unlock it.

How to build a tour

  1. 1.Go to the Shows page
  2. 2.Click the Build Tour button (to the right of "Add Show")
  3. 3.Enter a Tour Name (e.g., "Summer 2026 East Coast Run")
  4. 4.Fill in the details for each stop: Venue, City, Date, and optionally Start/End Time
  5. 5.Click Add Another Stop to add more dates (you start with 2 stops by default)
  6. 6.To remove a stop, click the X button on that stop's card
  7. 7.When everything looks good, click Create Tour

All shows are created at once and automatically linked to the tour.

How tours appear on the Shows page

Tour shows are grouped together in a container with a dashed border, a bus icon, and the tour name. A badge shows the number of stops in the tour. Shows that aren't part of any tour appear as standalone cards as usual.

Deleting a tour

You can delete a tour by clicking the trash icon on the tour group header. This only removes the tour grouping — the individual shows are kept and will appear as standalone shows on your Shows page. No show data is lost.

Things to know
